It has long been said that pull ups lie in the rig beholder. It has also been said that the Jack Russel Home Exercise Rig is the perfect instrument for functional training! Made to mimic the Monkey Bars obstacle in Warrior Obstacle Course Races and Spartan Obstacle Course Races. 2 of these will set you up with the perfect kids play ground AND mini obstacle course training facility. Develop grip muscles like never before by swinging pole to pole up top. Do your dips in between the top poles. Develop pull up muscle movement patterns on the side bars by doing lateral pull ups! The sky's the limit with this unit unless your name is Elon (SpaceX Joke) Also attach Gymnastics rings or hockey balls to the round pole rungs for that grip rig waaib.
Features
The round tubes are removable and swappable. This means you can swap out the top piece at a later stage to put in the dip station attachment piece to do hammergrip pull ups. The unit disassembles for easy storage and transportation and can be made in Black, Blue, Orange or Green. Dip station attachment sits at decent height for any stature, and the rig comes up at 2.5m in total. Orders are powder coated for longest lasting option. *Some orders may be made to order depending on stock availability.
