Perform lateral pull ups on the low dip station attachment, use the dip bars to practice your hammer grip position. Develop chest and arms using the dip station attachment by doing decline push ups and dips. Create back muscles like elevator cables, thick and strong. (Hint: if you add gymnastics rings, you can add more training options).

The front bar stands at around 2.5m tall, providing optimal height for your training needs like burpee jump pull ups. The sides are 2.2m for zero gravity jumps. Each foot piece is equipped to be bolted down, either into cement flooring or into our ‘droppers’ so that the rig can be removed when you want.
