Have you been looking to burn strength into your DNA? “Where do I start?” might be the question. The answer is: with push ups! Use this Parallette bar set to train with height in your push us as your develop strength. When you train progressive calisthenics it’s better to start with the bars at the lower height. Develop your strength here and then upgrade to higher level parallettes. For L-Sits, having the bar higher off the ground will allow better practice.
After Developing baseline strength, use the parallettes as a platform to put your feet on. This will allow you to do incline push ups, progressively.
Lowee Parallette Set
Exercises such as the planche, L-sit to handstand, straddle press, front lever, V-sit holds, tuck to straddle, pistol squats, and more advanced movements like the maltese and iron cross. These exercises work on strengthening and conditioning of the core, shoulder, and arm muscles while also improving stability, balance, and coordination.
The round tube section is standard grip thickness. The Parallette Set makes a horseshoe shape which gives parallettes the nickname of horseshoe stands. You can also order these in different colours; order different styles. The triangle support is BattleFit’s standard way of reinforcing our bars and creates that one of a kind look that our parallettes have.
Round tube is 50cm long, 32mm thick (slightly above average). The overall height is Roughly 22cm tall. Each foot piece has a side hole for the Konnekta Bars, this makes the full unit as stable as possible. Pick your colour for a unique ‘you’ kind of look.
